Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Sharon-Hermitage, an IHG Hotel

This was a nice hotel in a good location. It was nice that the Breakfast was included as many times Breakfast is not included at other Holiday Inns.

Great convenient location off I-80. The grounds are beautiful! at every location outside there is a seating area many with small fountains. in the rear of the property is a lovely waterfall and pond surrounded by trees and flowers. There are tables and a gazebo there. it is lovely. The staff was very friendly. Popcorn and cookies and ice cream in the evening were a considerate touch.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, place was clean. They had extra snacks in the lobby area, no extra charge. Breakfast was very good. Very comfortable stay.

Best place I have stayed in a long time. Very clean, great hospitality, enjoyed the popcorn. Thank you for a great experience! I absolutely love the koi pond.

Very good quality breakfast, but limited selection compared to a city hotel in pre-pandemic times. Also greatly appreciated that TV in breakfast room was NOT tuned to a Fox channel. Room was spotless and very quiet. Appreciate the high quality of the body gel and shampoo (see pertinent negative aspects elsewhere). Also appreciated the popcorn, cookies and ice cream available in the evening.
